Building Strategic Diversity – Why It Matters

We now know that diversity can’t be seen in the simplistic terms of equal opportunities: Diversity is about unleashing potential—the potential of individuals and the organisation. It is not getting more of what you already have. It’s a chance to widen the pool and get more to choose from.
